Oh, man. I am way behind. We are having a fun summer though!

First up, the Lake for a fun family reunion of sorts. It was great to see everyone.

For the last week Aunt Mer and Nana came to Columbia to help take care of Claire. Our daycare provider was on vacation. Claire LOVED having Nana and Mer here. We did too. THANKS for coming, guys. 

Weekend

Eleanor and Mamie came to Columbia this weekend for some girl time (Adam was very accomodating). The McKown boys were in Cincinatti for the Cards game so the girls headed west. We had fun! I didn't take enough pictures to capture the weekend but we went to parks, pools, salons, an art event and made cupcakes. Claire thought Eleanor was super cool. And she is.

Doin the do

Claire received her 2nd haircut last Saturday. Thanks to the bribes (a KitKat and a 

dumdum)--she enjoyed her time at the salon. It was pretty painless for us, for her and all of the other customers...

Weekend

We had a FUN weekend in KC! Family, friends and lots of swimming...

First, a baby shower for the mom-to-be Liz!

That afternoon and evening we got to hang out with Liberty friends as well as Chris, Michelle and baby Lyla visiting from Tulsa. It was fun to see everyone as always (no pics unfortunately). On Sunday morning we went to Oceans of Fun and enjoyed a great gift from Aunt Peggy and Uncle Roy. Claire LOVED going down the slides, splashing in the baby pools and watching Adam go down the Typhoon. Thanks again Aunt Peggy and Uncle Roy!
